Job Summary Directs, monitors, and inspects contractor construction activities and completes related documentation to ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, regulatory requirements, and construction agreements. Essential Functions

• Attend construction meetings with government representatives (city, county, state) to obtain and provide construction project updates, and relay the information to the crews and management.
  • Provides accurate and complete field construction documentation including a detailed list of materials used on the job and ensures timely processing of related records to maintain the integrity and accuracy of company record systems.
    • Reviews and prepares daily progress reports for compliance with applicable contracts and agreements.
      • Responds to customer inquiries for construction or conversion information, provides customers with project status updates and post installation troubleshooting to ensure complete customer satisfaction with the service delivery process.
        • Updates distribution system maps and performs various construction related and non-construction related activities as assigned to support the service delivery process during the non-construction season. Education Description
          • Requires a high school education or GED.
          • Preferred education or training specific to natural gas distribution system installation. Experience
            • Requires one year of construction or utility operations/natural gas distribution system experience (one full construction season equivalent to one year). Compensation: $45,147.20 to $67,720.80 Annually CenterPoint Energy is required by Minnesota law to provide a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum starting compensation range at the time of posting for the opportunity.
