Job Description:

A company is looking for a Benefit Analyst responsible for transitioning clients to online benefit management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain online enrollment systems for clients
Develop educational materials for software implementation
Analyze plan requirements and collaborate with carriers for accurate enrollment

Required Qualifications

BA/BS preferred
Ability to obtain a Life, Accident and Health Insurance License within 90 days of hire
Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
Advanced critical thinking skills
Diligent follow-up skills
