Pharmacy Technician Job DescriptionHCA Solutions is seeking a qualified Pharmacy Technician to join their team. This full-time position offers a contracted, W2 schedule with a workweek of up to 40 hours.Key Responsibilities

• Pharmacy Services: Assist the pharmacist in ordering, stocking, storing, labeling, and dispensing prescription and non-prescription medications, adhering to budgetary guidelines and BOP Formulary constraints.
• Inventory Management: Maintain pharmacy areas in a clean and orderly fashion, ensuring compliance with departmental safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Medication Preparation: Assist the pharmacist in preparing unit dose or pre-packaged medications.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in Improving Organizational Performance Data and Quality Assurance Activities as directed by the Pharmacist or HSA.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform minor clerical duties, such as using the BOP electronic medical record, computer documentation, and scheduling.Requirements
• Certification/License: Certificate/License issued by the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy.
• Experience: 2 Years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Technology Skills: Basic typing, computer, and MS Office skills.
• Physical Demands: Lifting up to 50 pounds and pushing or pulling up to 150 pounds on a rolling cart, sit/stand for long periods of time (8-10 hours).Benefits
