Internal Sales Consultant II/III FMO - Business Development -

do:The role of the Internal Sales Consultant II (ISC II) for FMO
Distribution - fixed indexed (FIA) and registered indexed linked
annuities (RILA) is to provide consultative and holistic sales
services to independent financial advisors (FAs) through outbound
sales calls. The main objective of the ISC II is to influence FAs
to write Allianz business to achieve and surpass sales targets. The
ISC II also helps FAs attain higher production status with Allianz
and expand specified FA segments in the ISC II book and region.
Sales efforts are aligned with Regional and Pod sales targets. You
will have an impact on Allianz Life's Top Line Growth. May have
limited travel opportunities. You will report to the Sr. Director
of Business Development.Sales Consulting: The ISC II uses their
expertise in Allianz products to convert every call into a sales
opportunity. The ISC II inquires about the FAs current affiliations
and sales practices, allowing them to position Allianz products
against competitors. Using a range of marketing materials,
including Allianz's value-added programs, the ISC II promotes
Allianz products and services. ISC II performance is measured
against important benchmarks, with a focus on achieving and
surpassing regional and POD sales targets. ISC II focus is
proactive activity and management of an assigned book of business.
The ISC II works with the POD leader and may have limited travel
opportunities.Interaction with Division & Enterprise: The ISC II
generates and communicates FA activity and important information to
Internal Sales leadership. The ISC II also communicates industry
trends and competitor information to the Divisional Management
Team. This communication will include FA reaction to product
rollout marketing strategies and existing product marketing
efforts. The ISC II attends scheduled training meetings, call
coaching, weekly sales meetings and recognition meetings. The ISC
II also maintains connectivity with POD leader and external sales
