Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Analyst responsible for
managing the full lifecycle of contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage contracts lifecycle from drafting to execution and
maintenance
Assist with drafting and reviewing various types of contracts
Collaborate with internal departments to align contract terms with
business objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in law, Business Administration, or related field
preferred
3+ years of experience in contract management or a related
field
Experience with SalesForce and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
systems
Strong understanding of legal terminology and principles related to
contracts
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a
fast-paced environment
