Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a R&D Technician for a contract position in Arden Hill, MN. The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Position Summary: Works under limited supervision assisting R&D engineers, scientists, and/or teams in the development and analysis of products, materials, processes, or equipment

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:Execution of R&D bench testing independently with reliable, high-quality results.
Ability to work with written product test methods as well as verbal instructions.
Summarizing experiment outcomes for engineering staff, including the creation of datasheets & archiving experiment data.
Receiving work direction from multiple engineers and managing workload appropriately.
Assisting engineering staff in the development of R&D test methods.
Performing device failure analysis.
Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.


Qualifications:AA Degree or equivalent work experience in related discipline and 1 year of related experience.
Must be familiar with a regulated environment.


Preferred:Medical device industry experience, test method development experience, and device failure analysis experience.
