Our client, a leader in the mining and aggregate industry, is
seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative to join their
team. As a Technical Customer Service Representative, you will be
part of the Customer Service department supporting a dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a
strong problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach which will

Based on ExperienceWhat's the Job?
- Manage incoming calls and communicate with customers via phone
and email.
- Generate and process accurate quotes, orders, invoices, and
applications.
- Educate customers on product knowledge and assist with
inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate
solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure
satisfaction.What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three to five years of experience in administration and
customer service, preferably in the mining or aggregate
industries.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft
Office and ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple
tasks.
