Job Description:
A company is looking for an Experience Design Engineer 2 to
assist their team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Design, Industrial Design, and Engineering
to identify research needs
Create and execute research for hardware and software projects,
focusing on foundational and generative work
Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through various
deliverables
Required Qualifications
5+ years of UX research experience
Bachelor's or Master's in a human behavior-related field or
equivalent work experience
Experience educating stakeholders on research methods and
advocating for impactful research
Proficient in all research-related cycle tasks, from planning to
delivering insights
Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders as a strategic
partner in product decisions
