Salesforce Development Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Development Manager to lead and manage developer resources in alignment with the company's technology vision.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee development on Salesforce and Workday platforms, ensuring adherence to best practices
Manage project allocations and the workload of development resources within product teams
Mentor developers and foster a collaborative team environment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience in a leadership role delivering software application projects
Experience with Salesforce and Workday platforms is preferred
Salesforce Platform Builder certification
