Upper River Services is looking for a Crew Personnel Manager to join our team in St. Paul, MN!


Established in 1984, Upper River Services has strived to become a premier full-service inland harbor river operation, while, at the same time, recognizing its responsibility as a member of the overall river community. Upper River Services offers barge towing, barge fleeting, barge cleaning, two full-service shipyards with a dry dock and marine ways, crane services, dock repair, a full machine shop, and fueling services.
