        How you will make an impact:
        Elim Wellspring is seeking an RN serving as the Assistant Director of Health Services who will play a crucial role in ensuring residents receive exceptional care in a senior living facility. By supporting the Director of Health Services, they help oversee clinical operations, ensuring compliance with health regulations and quality care standards. They mentor and guide nursing staff, fostering a culture of growth and accountability. Their proactive approach to care coordination and problem-solving enhances resident well-being and promotes a positive living environment.
        
        Schedule: 4 Days a Week
        8:30 AM- 4:30 PM
        No weekends, No holidays. May need to work the floor, if needed.
        
        Position Requirements:
        • Active and Unrestricted MN RN License
          • Current CPR Certification
            • Ability to supervise and delegate to licensed and unlicensed staff
            • Valid Driver's License
            • Familiar with general nursing and geriatric nursing practices
