System One is currently seeking a Program Manager (hybrid) on a 6 month contract position located in Minneapolis, MN.

Program Manager Responsibilities: This role is focused on assisting in delivery and management of the company's business lighting programs. These energy efficiency initiatives provide incentives to commercial and industrial customers to adopt more efficient lighting solutions. The programs aim to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability while meeting regulatory and jurisdictional requirements.
Collaborate closely with the existing program manager to manage and execute the lighting rebate programs.
Provide operational and administrative support for multiple jurisdictions (South Dakota, New Mexico, Colorado, Minnesota).
Work with internal teams, external partners, and customers to ensure smooth program delivery.
Assist in maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including businesses participating in the rebate programs.
Monitor program activities to ensure alignment with established goals and deadlines.
Support program logistics, including tracking progress, managing documentation and coordinating deliverables.
Assist in analyzing program performance data to evaluate success and identify improvement opportunities.
Contribute to reporting on program metrics and outcomes for stakeholders.
Step in to cover responsibilities vacated by the previous program manager, ensuring continuity in operations.
Will be part of a collaborative team, providing hands-on support while learning from the current program manager.
Responsible for all aspects, annual forecasting, budgeting and marketing plans.


Program Manager Requirements: 1-3 years if relevant experience in managing programs or projects, including planning, execution and collaboration across teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively convey ideas, coordinate with stakeholders, and document program updates.
Proficiency in MicroStation Office Suite such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrates initiative, can work independently and thrives in ambiguous situations by taking ownership and driving progress with minimal supervision after onboarding.
Highly detail-oriented.
Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred.
Previous experience working in a large/matrixed corporate environment.
Lean or Agile certification preferred.



Duration: 6 months
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Pay Rate: $49-52/hr
This is a hybrid role which requires Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office and Monday and Friday remote.
Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
