Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute health plan strategies to support business
growth goals
Collaborate with managers on Health Plan products to resolve
resource constraints and program issues
Develop product roadmaps and oversee the implementation of Health
Plan program requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or a closely related field
5+ years of experience in health plan, PBM, or healthcare
industry
2+ years of indirect supervisory or management experience
preferred
Experience in new product development, product management, and
strategic planning
Extensive knowledge and experience with Health Plans required
