Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Enrollment Specialist to
engage with prospective members and facilitate their enrollment in
cancer care services.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to 80-100 prospective members daily
Train and coach junior Enrollment Specialists as needed
Identify and address challenges in processes, tools, and data to
improve workflows
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an outbound enrollment role
with persuasive communication
Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members
Ability to identify operational challenges and suggest
improvements
Comfortable working in a remote environment with a quiet
workspace
Proficient with technology, including Zoom, Google Suite, and
electronic health records
