Job Description:
A company is looking for a White Glove Specialist to assist
customers with identity theft issues and provide exceptional
support.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with confirmed and potential identity theft
events
Perform tasks on members' behalf with a Limited Power of Attorney
(LPOA) and assist with disputes and restoration
Provide knowledge and guidance, including handling Member Services
calls when necessary
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in a call center or with the Member Services
team, handling sensitive information
Ability to stay informed about products, subscription features, and
identity security regulations
Reliable home internet with a minimum download speed of 50 mbps and
a dedicated workspace
Proficient knowledge in Salesforce and Google Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
