Job Description:
A company is looking for an Auto PIP Adjuster for New York and
New Jersey claims in a remote, full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate, negotiate, and resolve claims in accordance with
policy provisions and jurisdictional requirements
Handle claims of moderate to high complexity, including informal
hearings, arbitrations, and litigation
Work with the Special Investigations Unit to identify suspicious
claims and negotiate settlements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent PIP handling experience for NY, NJ,
and TX
2-4 years of relevant experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Understanding of applicable statutes, regulations, and case law
Proficient in using paperless claims systems
