Key Responsibilities
Manage the customer lifecycle to ensure seamless onboarding,
retention, and expansion
Define, implement, and monitor KPIs to measure customer success and
support team performance
Lead and develop the customer success team, fostering a culture of
continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
4-8 years of experience in managing customer success teams in B2B
SaaS environments
Proven ability to lead and scale teams while driving process
improvements
Strong experience with technical tools like ticketing systems and
CRM platforms
Data-driven mindset focused on metrics for tracking performance and
outcomes
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
