Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional support to customers through various
mediums
Investigate and resolve technical issues related to products
Document bugs and product feedback to improve offerings
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience working with WordPress
Strong understanding of all aspects of WordPress
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic knowledge of JavaScript and
PHP
Knowledge of general web concepts such as SEO, caching, and
APIs
Self-motivated and self-disciplined
