Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Business Analyst I to support
reporting and analytics platforms and assist in transitioning to
next-generation business software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Apply data analysis to identify key indicators and guide actions
related to the loan transaction life cycle
Engage with business leaders to align work with business objectives
and analyze large data sets for process optimization
Generate actionable insights through metrics and dashboards while
ensuring high data quality
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional
experience focused on data and analytics
Excellent knowledge of relevant technologies and reporting
systems
Experience in data validation and quality assurance
Ability to work autonomously with limited guidance
Experience in providing leadership and training to junior staff
