Summary:We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Customer
Success Team; in this role, you will manage support instances
requiring partner involvement, serving as the escalation point
between the client and the SPS partner. If you are seeking a role

understanding the clients' business model, partner resources and
limitations, and the value added by product components, then this
role could be a great fit for you!Key Responsibilities:
- Perform post-sale technical implementation, including
installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration, while
managing project progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Conduct complex tasks independently with minimal supervision,
using wide latitude for judgment, and consult with clients to
understand their business objectives and operational needs.
- Keep customers and stakeholders informed of project progress,
ensuring effective communication and resolution of scheduling
issues.
- Maintain a high level of industry-specific business knowledge
by staying current with emerging products and technical
updates.Location:This is a hybrid role for those local to our
Minneapolis office and remote option for those not local. Must be
US or Canada based.Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's
degree, or 3 years with a master's degree, including 3+ years in
account management, relationship management, or product
management.
- Prior experience with third parties, consultants, VARs, and
application providers is desired.
- Strong relationship-building skills, especially over the phone,
with excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal
skills.
- Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills, ability
to multi-task, and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel,
Outlook) and Internet browsers.What We Offer:At SPS Commerce, we

role. The salary range for this role considers several factors,
including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications,
location, and more.The annual salary range for this role is:
$77,300-$115,900 USD / $75,300-$112,900 CAD. The actual salary
offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and
may fall anywhere within the range.SPS Commerce offers a
