Truck Driver Job Description:

• Home Time: Home daily
• Schedule: Monday to Friday and Every Other Saturday or Sunday (Weekend Day will rotate as needed for peak season)
• Shift: 0300/1500 start time 11 hour days
• Mileage Rate: .72-77cpm
• Average Mileage: 2200
• Average/Week: $1,600/$1730
• Average First Year: $83,000/$90,000
• Type: Menards hauling dry van and flatbed trailers
• Operating Area: Typically, within 250 miles around the distribution center Additional Benefits
  • Experienced Driver Orientation: 1.5-Day Orientation + $5,000 Sign on Bonus
  • Recent Graduates: 1 Week Paid Orientation and 2 Weeks on the Job Training
  • Referral Bonus Opportunity: $2,000 (Paid in two payments)
