Quality Analyst Provider Liaison

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Quality Analyst Provider Liaison.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support to medical providers regarding MDE reports and DBQs through help lines and emails
Respond to all emails in the QA Provider Liaison inbox and manage communications with urgency
Assist providers with technical difficulties related to the Portal and medical records access

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
6 months of VES Quality Analyst experience or 1 year of VES experience
1 year of experience in a Quality Control or Quality Analyst role in a Medical or Healthcare field required
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
Ability to commit to a two-month training period with zero absences required
