        How you will make an impact:
        Lakeside Generations is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) who will play a vital role in elevating the quality of care and overall well-being of residents in our senior living facility. By fostering a culture of compassion and clinical excellence, the DON ensures that care standards are consistently met and often exceeded. They lead and mentor the nursing staff, driving professional development and promoting best practices in resident care. Through strategic planning and collaboration with other departments, the DON also enhances operational efficiency, creating a nurturing and safe environment where residents thrive.
        
        Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
        
        Position Requirements:
        • Active and Unrestricted MN RN License
          • Current CPR Certification
          • Previous Experience in Nursing Admin and Supervision
          • Experience and Education in Geriatrics/Long Term Care
          • Knowledge of SNF Nursing Regulations
