Manufacturing Consulting group is looking for a Senior Manager -
Consulting to join our journey. We're looking for Senior Manager
who can deliver within Cognizant's Five Pillars of Consulting
Excellence, which are: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3)
Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People
Development. As a Senior Manager - Consulting (which is an
Associate Director level position) this means partnering with
clients and project stakeholders, colleagues. In addition to

Ideal candidate would be leading Consulting teams who will be
responsible for: * Leverage deep expertise in serving
process-oriented clients, especially within Process manufacturing
segment and provide tailored solutions that address their specific
needs. * Proactively identify and assess consulting opportunities
within key accounts, leveraging deep knowledge of the Process &
process manufacturing industry (Food/Agri, Paper& Packaging,
Building materials) and understanding of client needs. * Work
closely with the Pursuit team and Service Lines in creating
Transformation Solution/ Consulting PoV for large multi-tower deals
* Build and maintain strong relationship with key account
stakeholders & practice leadership to drive Cognizant and
Consulting sales * Lead the execution of consulting engagements,
leveraging expertise to deliver innovative solutions that address
client needs. * Identify innovation initiatives within accounts,
working closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, pilot
and scale innovative solutions. * Should be able to work with
diverse stakeholders and drive consensus Qualifications * Extensive
experience working in Process manufacturing segment - should have
worked in a Consulting capacity * Excellent customer facing
capabilities, and an established track record for selling &
delivering consulting engagements * Should have executed
engagements spanning - Current state assessment, Process
Definition, Roadmap creation * Good understanding of Technology as
applicable in above context * MBA with an excellent academic
background (preferred) Required Education: Bachelor's degree
required; MBA or Masters degree strongly preferred Work
Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in US without the
need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position
is between $122,400.00 - $194,000.00 depending on experience and
other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is
also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive
program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the
terms of Cognizant's applicable plans. Benefits: Cognizant offers
